News and Notes Express Scale Parts & Manufacturing was selected as one of the top 25 small businesses in the Eighth Annual 25 Under 25 awards program. Incline Conveyor with Roller Table
Receives bags from bag closing conveyor - top first and conveys it to a suitable height for manual palletizing. Incline provides ergonomically correct lifting and roller table reduces risk of injury. Typical incline conveyor length is 10 ft (3 m) x 24 in (60 cm) wide belt.
Bag Flattener
Incline conveyor with top flattening conveyor to level out material in bags for better presentation for palletizing. Air regulated cushions help allow different bag sizes utilize the appropriate amount of pressure. Emergency pull rope available for operator safety. Typical conveyor length is 10 ft (3 m) x 24 in (60 cm) wide belt.
Horizontal Transfer Conveyor
Moves bags from point A to point B. Both straight and curved conveyors available. Can be supplied with a variety of belt types and lengths.
